Rebuilds and Relocations

SunTrust offers 10 year financing for eligible costs related to rebuilds, relocations and new store loans.  Costs eligible for 10 year financing are described below.

Rebuilds
SunTrust allows Owner/Operators to finance specified building and site work costs for a term and amortization up to 10 years.

New Restaurants and Relocations
SunTrust allows Owner/Operators to finance Co-Investment costs for a term and amortization up to 10 years.  These costs allow an Owner/Operator to contribute to a new or relocated restaurant’s development expenses in exchange for a lower rent percentage.
